  No problems with buying international stamps - 2000riel each. Lady at the counter is friendly enough. All the counters are sign posted so you know where to go.

  confusing process, I'm suppose to receive a postcard with a code from google to verify my office location and they don't know what a post card is!!! When they finally understood they said it's too small they don't know how to find it.
