Fast customer service, you don't have to wait in line for long. Most staff members speak good English. They don't sell postcards.

The service at the pick up center is really bad. The staff is so rude, not all though. This makes me really don’t want to come back there ever.

This is the main office in the capital. Now they offer better customer service. Some saff are helpful and friendly. While sending out your luggage, please note that you will pay an extra money for bag package, the price is based on your luggage size and weight. If each of their branches within the city will work well too, it would be great for customers.

This is the main post office building in Phnom Penh. This heritage building is well kept by the government. The high ceiling and thick wall help the building to reduce the heat inside. The picture below is the place to send stuffs and if you want to pick up your package, you have to go to the building on the south.

The building is in great condition and the fact that it is still operational in its original function is wonderful. The information counter on the left with two staff was well located as was the board with prices for international delivery to different regions. What I didn't understand or have explained clearly was what happens to mail sent to you in Phnom Penh for instance - whether it is delivered to you or whether you have to go to the Post Office to collect. Any information on this greatly appreciated and also on customs declaration forms on let's say Xmas presents to countries outside Cambodia. Many thanks if anyone can assist with these questions.
