  Rice noodle and dimsum are very nice in the rsetaurant in 1st floor. (1층에 있는 식당의 쌀국수와 딤섬이 훌륭함)

  I mainly stay here when I'm in Phnom Penh for business. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the awesome welcome drink choice (beer)! Their seafood fried rice is also good.
