  Solis stay. Staff was friendlier after I extended my stay.. for some reason the guy when I checked in didnt want to give me a bottom bunk even though they were all empty.. I was a upset about that but hey what can do you. Clean beds.. nice shower. Awesome pool!

  We stayed at King Grand Boutique Hotel for 2 nights during the first week of June 2018 and our deluxe room was very spacious and neatly kept. AC took a while to get cold else it was great. We had many choices for buffet breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Central market and other important land marks are not very far. Tuk Tuk is always available in the front of the hotel. You can find many restaurants (viz Nepalese, Indian, Cambodian and more) in the vicinity of the hotel. We took two Tours and they were arranged by the hotel staff. Trip to the silk island was very good. Cruise to the island and the free local cold beer served on board will remain unforgettable. We had a professional guide and she was very humble, polite and respectful. They served delicious traditional Cambodian lunch by the riverside. We met an Australian couple (MRS AND MR WAYNE from Melbourne) during our trip to the Island and they were so good to us. Hotel arranged the return transfers also and it was around USD 15.00 per sector. We are Indian nationals and 1 month visa at a charge of USD 30.00 is available on arrival. Visa Rule and visa charge might change without notice so it is a must to verify with the consulate before travelling. You need to carry a passport size photo for applying visa at the airport. Staying at your hotel, it was indeed a wonderful experience. Omana and Pius

  What a pleasure it was staying at this amazing hotel. It is well situated and a short stroll to the Kings Palace and river front. Our room was lovely and the balcony was at tree level. The birdsongs were a delight. The staff made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were fabulous and the breakfast area is quite delightful situated next to the beautiful tropical style pool.The second pool is on the roof and affords wonderful views across the city and the palace complex.We had a great view of the firework display during the Kings birthday celebrations from here. From the minute we arrved and were charmed by the Koi ponds at the entrance to a warm happy goodbye when we left this remains a hotel we shall return to. They have got everything right ! A huge thank you to the management and all the staff. You were all GREAT.

  Beautiful hotel with high value for money. We had a spacious and clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location near King’s palace, a lot of authentic Khmer street food is just across the road in the nearby park. Vast and delicious breakfast, which is served in a cosy atmosphere next to the pool as well as a rooftop bar with friendly atmosphere and nice views.

  The hotel is good and very well located close to most important tourist destinations. The room we had was great and right on top of the hotel overlooking the roof top. We were there for the water festival and our room had a great view of the river and all the festive buzz going around. The staff was OK at best and we had to constantly ask for water to be delivered to us. Getting drinking water was a fight. The selection for breakfast was not great. The three days we were there, we were served the exact same menu. The coffee was always served Luke warm and the hotel had no way to serve hot milk with breakfast. They always had an excuse for that. Despite this the stay at the hotel was pleasant.
