  Friendly owner !!!! If u visited Phnom Penh don't forget to come UP Hostel ..... A good place to stay ..:: Near Night market ...: Near royal palace .... A lot of Pub and bar Near here ..... ..... Happy for night life in Up Hostel

  The most chill owner and staff you will ever encounter in Phnom Penh. You need help? He will help you. You want to chill? He will chill with you. You want to play cards? He'll play cards with you. And even washed my clothes for free of charge. The lounge area has a view of the river, perfect for chilling. Highly recommend!

  I stay here for one night and all was perect! The owner (Nicola) is very friendly and give you all information you need about the city and more...The hostel have a riverside view and it's close to night market. I definitely come back here in the future!!

  Good location when you arrive by boat, we walk to here and you have a nice view to the lake, ac, tv and fridge in the private room, cheap and the staff are very friendly
