  I gathered that this is one of the most well-known spas amongst the expats in Phnom Penh. I had the foot reflexology, 60 mins, which cost US$10. I think there are cheaper ones around. The place seemed clean enough; the lights are too dim for any visible wear and tear to be noticed. I'll go back again just because it's only a 5 mins walk from where I stay.
