  Not fancy but quality workout. Sweat box so bring water and your own wraps if using used gear makes you squirm. $6/drop in. Check the Facebook page for schedule and promotions.

  I'm a complete novice in marshall arts but did the 5-6pm conditioning/intro class (cost $6) and it was brilliant. The coaches and other participants were all very friendly and welcoming, they were all patient and keen to help me learn. I really enjoyed it. And it was exhausting! A brilliant work out and great fun.
