::Room is clean and very spacious, staffs are friendly. Breakfast food is simple and nice. Location is not bad, walking distance to some food stall and bars, and a convenient store is just next door. Very near to attractions in town, just take a tut tut to go there (around $3 USD travel). However the room that we stayed in, the air-con takes a very long time to cool the room, the shower wasn't very good, and the ceiling fan makes a constant noise. Overall not bad.

::Beautiful place in a convenient central location! Walking distance to pub street area although abit far! Stayed in the family suite which was well furnished and there was adequate space for the 4 of us.
