::Pappy et Mammy ont eu une idée extrêmement généreuse de fonder PSE il y a un certain nombre d'années. Pour beaucoup de jeunes du Cambodge, souvent orphelins après les durs conflits, cette idée a donné un vrai sens à leur vie. Il faut tout faire pour encourager PSE à continuer dans cette voie.
