  Clean and spacious room but be aware that some ground floor rooms have no windows. Breakfast okay but took over 30 mins to arrive at my table and only one other guest eating. Friendly and pleasant staff but one or two incidences have made me decide I won't go back there.

  Nice to be there.. much more charming than One of the new big hotels that could be everywhere in the world.

  A horrible hotel. Dirty. Unkept. Room looked nothing like what I booked. Cobwebs everywhere and room felt like a dungeon. Bathroom ceiling had water damage. Pictures on hotel websites don't represent what this hotel is really like. Wires sticking out everywhere, including near the shower. Plus mosquitoes everywhere, including in the room and bit my baby's face leaving welts. Was up most of the night trying to kill the mosquitoes. Air conditioner wasn't working properly. Breakfast quite small and not very good. Booked for 5 nights. We left after 1 night. It was that bad. Will NEVER stay here again. Aa we left our tuk tuk driver told us the owner of PRASATS isn't any good. The hotel proves he is right. Definitely the worst hotel experience in my stays throughout Cambodia and SE Asia.
