::Rented a van for a family trip, would not rent a vehicle here again. Van was dirty and didn't have working ac when we rented it. Waited about 30 minutes to get it repaired. The next day had to push start it then replace the battery when it wouldn't start again. Transmission felt like it would go it any time, shifting was horrible! Drivers side mirror was epoxied in place so I couldn't adjust it, rear side window wouldn't lock either. When I returned it I was given a post dated check for my deposit return. Had to wait 2.5 hours to get actual cash back.
