  SCAM; instead of helping, they send me far outside of Phnom Penh to some police station which is not on Google maps. In the end a police officer did help file a report for my stolen passport and asked me 45$ to bribe a 'commissioner' to get my papers stamped right now, instead of a 2-3 day process. I payed 20$ in the end and realised soon after that that it was a bullsh*t story and it went straight into his poket. On top of that, he made me sign something that said I did not pay for anything. I recommend you only put 5$ in your wallet. I heard that should work.
