::Great price. Great services. Great location: very close to the night market, old market, psar kandal, and mekong river; 10 mins walk to the royal palace and wat phnom. The only drawback is that it doesnt have any elevator: use stairs!. However, if you're not pregnant or old or sick, it should not be a problem then.

::Checked in last minute because our morning bus to Saigon leaves from outside the front door ! Where a nice room and the food was really good!

::Attentive staff with nice accommodation. However, big minus from an extremely thin wall. You can hear the noise from the night market, your neighbour walking, talking, making love. All inclusive. They also have no lift and the stairs are spiral and steep so you need to be extra careful. Would not recommend this place if you want a decent sleep.
