  10 floors of really cozy apartments. Probably not too many vacancies left in December 2017. Love staying here although the streets get noisy some nights. Fully furnished studio apt with brand new appliances. They clean the apartments and change the sheets once a week. Owners live on the ground floor. Pretty decent folks. Rent is reasonable. Internet is fast. Clean. Entrance guarded at night. Wet market, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, convenience stores, travel agents, barbers, budget hotel, you name it, all within short walking distance. Tuk-tuks all over the place all the time. Location simply magnificent. But sorry, no gym or swimming pool here. Hurry. Tell all your friends.
