  This outlet is popular for students who study nearby. Enough space to have seat and laptop working, and also one VIP room served. Check the busy time of this place on the map before you come because it can help save your time in queue. For parking lots, it is good for motorbike but not good for car as the space is limited. Price of items are similar to other outlets, e.g Iced Latte costs $2.15.
