  Part of the Wat Phnom complex. By day Wat Phnom area has some nice “Old architecture" is a nicer part of Phnom Penh by day plenty of visitor's etc The area has some nice peaceful areas to relax and nice statues of Buddha and some really nice architecture to be admired. By night the area changes the roads around the parks and buildings are scattered with some activity that are not suitable for polite person.
