  Good loction with many dining options. Close to River. Room is reasonably clean but noise from nearby pubs is a concern.

  My favorite and the best hotel in Phnom Penh in my opinion. Excellent service, great room size and very nice layout in the room. Great buffet breakfast with a very good variety of selection, and all very delicious. Great pool, great restaurants in the hotel, and many more great facilities. To be honest, I don't think there's anything I can complain. Truly like this hotel. Truly recommend for both locals and travelers.

  Good hotel services with Cloud9 Skybar on the top roof. You can enjoy the city's view on the roof top and soft drinks and beers, wines out there. Price is acceptable for a medium class people.

  Awesome place to stay. Rooftop pool ..amazing. Jacuzzi, steam room, massage ..all top notch. Close to the night market, coffee. I would def go back.

  This was a special celebration for my wife and I. We enjoyed a delicious lunch on arrival and then lazed next to the infinity roof top pool before having a swim and going to the in-house gym. The pool temperature and salt balance was perfect, no stinging eyes and the gym equipment was the best I have used in a hotel. The Valentine's night sky bar buffet made the evening - live music, great food, gifts for the ladies and wonderful service! All at a very reasonable price. Breakfast the following morning was very good - luckily still enough time before checkout for a swim and gym session!😊 Even having said all of the above, one of the best things was the friendliness of the management and staff at all levels. They were friendly but professional, with attention to detail and great service! We are very happy to recommend the Sun and Moon hotel and shall certainly return to stay again. Thank you for making our short stay so very enjoyable!! 😊😊
