  Poor institute who can't even issue a transcript that is understandable!! How could a school that offer a BA of Economics can't even present a data that is understandable? "If u can't explain it simply, u don't understand it". Einstein I would never recommend this school to anyone.

  First start and first time of RULE’s academy affair 2017, that show us about RULE’s marketing strategy for promoting her productivity especially their outcome. Anyway good affaire for developing khmer Education.

  One of the best state-run Universities in Cambodia. Though it's state-owned, there are also paid classes for anyone who can't get scholarship.

  Lecturers have at least 10 to 20 years of experience lecturing the Economic and Law. Please feel free to come to this university if you want to study deeply and gain best understanding in either law or economics. From what I have studied there for a year, the books for learning in each subject or course are published by the school itself ; that means this university doesn't just buy books from simply outside bookshops.
