  Ordered a surprise Valentines day gift for my lady. Was given a delivery time. Am Valentines day. All good I thought. At 4 pm gift had still not arrived. Had to break the surprise to my Fiance and get her to ring Phnom Penh Flower and find out why delivery not arrive. She rang twice with no answer. Finally they rang her and said delivery was on its way. The gift finally arrived on closing time. The delivery driver said one driver got lost and went back to the shop to wait for another driver. Hard to imagine since the delivery was to a prominant business in PP. The surprise was ruined. I was not happy.
