  I can't really recall if I actually stayed there for a drink, or if I had just a quick glace and turned around. It's like with most bars one day it can be hit, the next one miss. The local people say it's the most overrated bar on 104 street, and I tend to agree. BTW, it was the first bar to open in that street.

  One of the best girlie bars in Phnom Penh Cambodia,it's found in street 104 that runs of rivers or street 13 next to the night markets in Phnom Penh Post. I've been living in Phnom Penh Cambodia for 9 years ,I know the best girlie bars in Phnom Penh Cambodia .
