Is ok. After sunset not a place to move alone on the street. Rooms are clean.

Coming now to Phnom Penh for about 10 years, it's one of the first times that I'm quite happy. A working bathroom over 14 days, and believe me that's not a given in PNH. They made up the room even when I left the hotel late in the afternoon. Rates that beat almost every other place I stayed. For the bugs, I would identify them as tiny flies, they decided to stay in the sink in the bathroom, I could easily live with that agreement. The aircon had problems to get the room cooled down properly, but it was within my limits, so I didn't tell them, only when it ceased working after a while I adressed it to the receptionist, it was fixed within 2-3 hours. Actually I should rate them only 1 star, to make sure it's not fully booked when I plan my next visit, but that would be pretty selfish πŸ˜‚

+ Standard room quite spacious and clean. + Good central location + Bed very big. TV, air conditioning, fridge, hot water, internet connection everything works fine + Good value for money - No safety boxes for valuables in the room or at the front desk - no smoking allowed in the room (for non-smokers this is a positive aspect) - From morning to evening annoying noise from the neighborhood comes into the room, especially from a few children. That's why I had to buy earplugs. Otherwise I would have gone crazy

Hotel quite new, after renovation 1.5 years ago. More of family run and good value for money. Clean and fantastic location. From food to historical sites to night life and markets, all within walking distance. Very centrally located on Street 130. Highly recommended if you are not interested in frills but only functionality.

+ : Nice hotel. The room was nice and clean. Hot shower, wifi and air con. - : Near a ''Red light street'' (not the fault of the hotel of course). Birds noise during day near the room.
