  Excellent valur. Good food. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Aircon in room need to be changed as not too cool. Close by to all areas and away from noise.

  Quaint, but questionable. Rated four star establishment, but def not more than two. Undisclosed known issues. Comfortable, but not convenient. Cons: Known (but undisclosed) unreliable plumbing, tin ceiling skeleton (metal rattle with walking in above units), housekeeping drastically rearranges room and turns off appliances including fridge, charges for anything extra including sheet and pillow, no food served beyond breakfast, lots of random objects and cleaning supplies stored in walkways, doors locked without notice at random points in day and late at night, staff not always present or awake to address issues Pros: large rooms, traditional Khmer furnishings and art, cute pool area, very polite and accommodating staff when present with all community services such as transport, recommendations, etc

  We arrived at this hotel having already been disappointed with the one we had booked. The hotel pictures looked stunning and the rating was good. We arrived to find a quaint pool, which was the only nice part of the hotel. We were taken to what was supposed to be a deluxe room, we have been backpacking for over a month now and after some very dodgy places we decided to splash out a little. The room was so far from a 4* as was the walk to the room. The room was filthy and damp, an awful smell in the bathroom and all the walls were discoloured. There is no way you could get into the shower without flip flops on. We have stayed in some hostels which doing something like that is expected, however not when a hotel is rated a 4. We immediately picked our bags up and left - the standard of the hotel is poor. If you are expecting a more hostel style environment this is when I would suggest to book otherwise avoid.

  The wrong adress in google. Don't trust google, copy the adress any search not by name of the hotel, but by adress. From this point 15 min walking
