::Great place! Everyone here is nice and staff is attentive. Laundry done well and apartments are thouroughly cleaned daily. Surrounding area has many restaurants and clubs and most employees speak English. Apartments are just by the Pasteur gate of Wat Lanka, so all transportation sources know easily where to take you from anywhere in Phnom Penh. Stores, banks, shops all walking distance and safe. Neighborhood people all very friendly. You can stay long or short term and apartments are spacious with WiFi and kitchens. Apartments are older and very reasonable.
