::Premium bank, and this is their head office. This main branch normally crowded, many people and need to wait until your turn. I you want to open an account with ANZ, you may choose any of their branch which closer to your convenience location.

::THIS IS A COMPLAINT. However the e-mail has been rejected twice now and is said to be undelivarable to the recipients. Please forward this complaint to the correct department for me. Details of Complaint: I want to borrow $15,000 for a home loan with an initial repayment period of 20 years but the option to re-pay in full after 3 years. Details of complaint: I was told 2 months ago I could receive a home loan from my bank which at that time was ANZ Royal. This morning I was told I could not. The reason? Because my Khmer partner is a man. We are a homosexual couple. He owns the land and holds the "strong paper". The house is nearly completed at my own expense. I needed to borrow money from my bank (at no risk to the bank in the slightest) to complete the project. We only wanted to borrow $15,000. We both are employed full-time and I alone earn over $1,150 a month as a University Professor. I closed my 2 accounts with ANZ Royal Bank immediately. This type of homophobia is against human rights. In the U.K. any bank with such a policy would be closed down and taken to the European Court of Human Rights. The bank, ANZ Royal has lost a customer today because of this unfair policy and a lot of money in interest payments. I am 49 years of age and this is the first instance of blatant homophobia I have ever experienced in my life!
