  There are many services you can use in the bank and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It's the largest local bank in Cambodia so It's quite crowded compared to other commercial banks. Especially this Steung Meanchey branch, It's almost full of customers all days long. However, you can use ATM machine anytime 24h/7, one is inside and the other one is outside. PS. ATM machine locates inside the bank, is accessible during working hours only.
