  On a busy street, but they serve a good service. There is an enough space for car and moto parking, we have no need to pay tips to security or staff that help us to park or leave the road. There are ATM and cash in marchine that open 24h/7. The cash in take only good dollars note, some that old or crash are not alow, some cash note maybe hard to put in machine as 50$ note, maybe need to do few times. The bank close at 3pm, but if we are still in the bank local before 3pm we still can countinue our trandaction.

  Service can be good or worst depending on individual staff attitude. My worst experience were a client attendant in pushing ticket machine. His tone was rude, and after I told him I wanted to open a new account. He asked me to show him my ID card to show him before he gave the ticket. After I told him that I have ID, he said show to me. I was so mad that I almost turn away, though it wasn't so wise to go to another brand and bear with the traffic.

  A branch that the services is not as fast as needed and also seems to have less staffs to serve customers too. Usually, I need to wait around 20mns to get called to the counter.

  I always have bad experience with this branch. Their staff work slowly and careless about its customers.
