  Been to Phnom Penh 5 different times on short term mission trips. Always stay in inexpensive hotels. 9 dragons has been the best of the lot. If you are on a budget, I would highly recommend it.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint beds are super hard for western taste.
